How to Report Suspicious Activity

TrovexiCore takes security and fraud prevention seriously. If you have encountered suspicious activity, fraudulent communications, phishing attempts, impersonation schemes, or any other security concerns related to TrovexiCore or individuals claiming to represent our company, we urge you to report it immediately. Prompt reporting helps us investigate incidents, protect other users, and coordinate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

To report abuse, fraud, or security incidents, please email our security team at [email protected] with the subject line "Security Incident Report." Include as much detail as possible: the nature of the incident, date and time it occurred, any communications received (screenshots, email headers, phone numbers), websites or domains involved, and any financial transactions or personal information disclosed. The more information you provide, the more effectively we can investigate and respond.

You may also report incidents by calling our 24/7 customer support line at +1 (416) 947-9810 or by mailing a written report to: TrovexiCore Canada Technologies Inc., Security Department, 100 King Street West, Suite 5600, Toronto, ON M5X 1E2. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality and reviewed by our security and compliance teams.

Common Threats

Phishing attacks are among the most common threats. Fraudsters send emails, text messages, or social media messages that impersonate TrovexiCore, claiming there is a problem with your account, requesting login credentials, or urging you to click on malicious links. TrovexiCore will never ask for your password, PIN, or multi-factor authentication codes via email or text. Always verify the sender's email address and look for signs of phishing, such as misspelled domains, urgent language, or requests for sensitive information.

Impersonation scams involve fraudsters posing as TrovexiCore employees, customer support agents, or executives. They may contact you via phone, email, or social media, offering investment advice, requesting deposits to external accounts, or claiming you have won a prize. TrovexiCore employees will never ask you to transfer funds outside the official platform or to share your account credentials. Verify the identity of anyone claiming to represent TrovexiCore by contacting us directly through official channels.

Investment fraud schemes use the TrovexiCore name or logo without authorization to promote fake investment opportunities, clone websites, or unauthorized trading platforms. Always verify that you are accessing the legitimate TrovexiCore website (check the URL carefully) and confirm that communications are from official email addresses ending in @trovexicore.co.in. Be skeptical of unsolicited investment offers, guaranteed returns, or pressure tactics urging immediate action.

Internal Response

Upon receiving a report of abuse or suspicious activity, our security team initiates a formal investigation within 24 hours. We analyze the information provided, review internal logs and transaction records, and assess the risk to our users and platform. If we determine that fraudulent activity has occurred, we take immediate action, which may include suspending affected accounts, blocking malicious IP addresses, reporting the incident to domain registrars or hosting providers, and preserving evidence for law enforcement.

We coordinate with cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, and financial institutions to trace unauthorized transactions and attempt recovery of funds where possible. Our compliance team files reports with FINTRAC (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada) and other regulatory bodies as required by law. We also update our security controls, enhance monitoring algorithms, and issue alerts to users if a widespread threat is detected.

TrovexiCore is committed to transparency and will keep you informed of the status of your report to the extent permitted by law and investigative confidentiality. Note that we cannot disclose details of ongoing investigations or law enforcement actions, but we appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout the process.

External Reporting Channels

In addition to reporting incidents to TrovexiCore, we encourage you to file reports with relevant Canadian authorities and consumer protection agencies. The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (CAFC) is the central agency for collecting information and intelligence on fraud, identity theft, and cybercrime affecting Canadians. You can report fraud online at antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca or by calling 1-888-495-8501. CAFC works closely with law enforcement agencies across Canada.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Cybercrime Coordination Unit investigates serious cybercrime and works with international partners to combat online fraud and identity theft. Contact your local RCMP detachment or visit rcmp-grc.gc.ca for information on reporting cybercrime in your area. If you have suffered financial losses, consider filing a police report with your municipal or provincial police service.

The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) addresses privacy complaints and data breaches. If your personal information was compromised in a security incident, you may file a complaint at priv.gc.ca or by calling 1-800-282-1376. The OPC can investigate and recommend corrective action. For issues related to unauthorized email marketing or spam, report violations of Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) at fightspam.gc.ca.

Trademark and IP Infringement

If you encounter websites, social media profiles, advertisements, or other materials that unlawfully use the TrovexiCore name, logo, trademarks, or copyrighted content without authorization, please report the infringement to us immediately. Intellectual property theft not only harms our brand but also misleads consumers and facilitates fraud.

Submit trademark or copyright infringement reports to [email protected] with the subject line "IP Infringement Report." Include the URL or location of the infringing material, a description of how TrovexiCore intellectual property is being misused, and any evidence (screenshots, archived pages) that documents the infringement. We will review the report, take appropriate legal action, and coordinate with domain registrars, hosting providers, and social media platforms to remove infringing content.

Incident Form and Contact

For your convenience, TrovexiCore maintains an online incident reporting form accessible through our website's Help Center. The form guides you through providing essential information and attaching supporting documentation. Submitted reports are encrypted and delivered directly to our security team for immediate review. If you prefer traditional communication methods, you may send reports by mail, email, or phone as outlined in previous sections.

We are committed to addressing all security concerns with urgency and diligence. Your vigilance and willingness to report suspicious activity contribute to a safer environment for all TrovexiCore users and the broader Canadian cryptocurrency community. Thank you for your cooperation and trust.
