Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TrovexiCore Canada Technologies Inc. ("TrovexiCore," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the TrovexiCore website, mobile applications, and cryptocurrency investment services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and refrain from creating an account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services. This agreement is effective as of May 1, 2026 and remains in force until terminated in accordance with the provisions outlined herein.
Eligibility
You must meet the following eligibility criteria to use TrovexiCore Services. You must be at least 18 years of age in Ontario or 19 years of age in provinces where that is the legal age of majority (including British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut). You must be a Canadian resident with a valid Canadian address and possess a Canadian bank account for deposits and withdrawals.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Services. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party agreements. You further represent that you are not subject to economic sanctions, export controls, or embargoes imposed by Canada, the United States, the United Nations, or the European Union.
TrovexiCore reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may request additional documentation to confirm your identity, age, residency, or compliance status. Failure to meet eligibility requirements or provide requested documentation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Services
TrovexiCore provides an automated cryptocurrency investment platform that uses proprietary artificial intelligence algorithms to execute trades on your behalf across multiple digital asset exchanges, including Bitbuy, Newton, Wealthsimple Crypto, Coinbase, and Kraken. Upon funding your account, our AI system allocates capital across various trading strategies designed to capture arbitrage opportunities, momentum trends, and market inefficiencies.
The minimum initial deposit is C$350. All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances are denominated in Canadian dollars. Trading activity occurs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to exchange availability and market conditions. Your account dashboard provides real-time balance information, transaction histories, performance analytics, and weekly earnings summaries.
TrovexiCore does not provide investment advice, financial planning, tax advice, or legal counsel. We do not guarantee any specific return on investment, and past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that the Services are provided on an execution-only basis and that all investment decisions—including the decision to fund your account and the allocation strategy employed by our algorithms—are made at your sole discretion and risk.
Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency investments carry substantial risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Digital asset markets are highly volatile and subject to rapid price fluctuations driven by factors including regulatory changes, technological developments, macroeconomic conditions, market sentiment, and liquidity constraints. The value of your investment may increase or decrease significantly over short periods, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital.
Trading algorithms, while designed to optimize returns, cannot predict market movements with certainty. Algorithm performance depends on market conditions, data quality, execution speed, and other variables beyond our control. Technical failures, cyber-attacks, exchange outages, or network disruptions may impact the execution of trades or the availability of Services. No investment strategy, including the AI-driven approach employed by TrovexiCore, is risk-free or guarantees positive returns.
You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose without impacting your financial well-being. Before funding your account, carefully consider your financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon. We strongly recommend consulting with an independent financial adviser if you are uncertain whether cryptocurrency investments are appropriate for your circumstances.
FINTRAC Compliance
TrovexiCore Canada Technologies Inc. is registered with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) as a money services business under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA). We are required by law to implement and maintain a comprehensive compliance program, including customer identification, record-keeping, and reporting of suspicious transactions.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, you must provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation necessary to verify your identity and assess risk. We conduct ongoing monitoring of account activity to detect patterns indicative of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illicit activities. Suspicious transactions will be reported to FINTRAC without notifying you, as required by law.
You agree to cooperate fully with our compliance procedures and acknowledge that failure to provide requested information, or providing false or misleading information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
Tax Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all taxes arising from your use of TrovexiCore Services and any cryptocurrency transactions executed on your behalf. Under Canadian tax law administered by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), gains from cryptocurrency trading are generally treated as capital gains or business income, depending on your circumstances. As of current tax rules, 50% of capital gains are included in taxable income.
TrovexiCore does not provide tax advice and does not automatically withhold or remit taxes on your behalf. You must maintain accurate records of all deposits, withdrawals, trades, and account balances for tax reporting purposes. Your account dashboard provides transaction histories and performance reports, but you are responsible for ensuring compliance with CRA requirements, including reporting cryptocurrency dispositions on your annual T1 income tax return.
TrovexiCore may be required to report certain information to the CRA or other tax authorities pursuant to applicable laws. We reserve the right to provide tax documentation, account summaries, or transaction details as required by law or upon receipt of a valid information request from tax authorities. Consult a qualified tax professional for advice specific to your situation.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your TrovexiCore account credentials, including your username, password, and any multi-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your account. You agree to immediately notify TrovexiCore of any unauthorized access, security breach, or suspected compromise of your account.
We strongly recommend using a unique, complex password that is not reused across other websites or services. Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) through the account settings to add an additional layer of security. Be vigilant against phishing attempts, fraudulent emails, fake websites, or impersonation schemes that seek to obtain your credentials or personal information. TrovexiCore will never ask you to provide your password via email, phone, or text message.
You acknowledge that TrovexiCore is not liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to safeguard account credentials or your failure to promptly notify us of a security incident. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exhibit unusual activity or appear to be compromised until we can verify the account holder's identity and investigate the matter.
Withdrawals and Fees
You may request withdrawals from your TrovexiCore account at any time, subject to verification and compliance checks. Withdrawal requests are processed to the Canadian bank account on file, and funds are typically transferred within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. There is no minimum withdrawal amount, but excessive withdrawal requests may incur administrative fees at our discretion.
TrovexiCore charges a performance-based fee calculated as a percentage of weekly earnings. Fee details are provided in your account dashboard and are deducted automatically before net earnings are credited. We do not charge deposit fees, monthly maintenance fees, or account closure fees. However, third-party fees imposed by banks, exchanges, or payment processors are your responsibility.
We reserve the right to modify fee structures with 30 days' advance notice. Fee changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Your continued use of the Services after fee changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new fee schedule. You may close your account and withdraw funds at any time prior to the effective date of fee changes if you do not agree to the modifications.
Termination
You may terminate your TrovexiCore account at any time by submitting a closure request through your account dashboard or contacting customer support. Upon termination, we will cease all trading activity, liquidate positions, and process the final withdrawal of your account balance to your registered bank account, minus any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.
TrovexiCore reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, provided false or misleading information, or posed a risk to the security or integrity of our platform. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, money laundering, terrorist financing, identity theft, chargebacks, abusive behavior toward staff, or failure to comply with KYC requirements.
Upon termination by TrovexiCore, you remain liable for any outstanding fees, losses, or damages incurred prior to termination. We will retain your personal information and transaction records as required by law, even after account closure. Termination does not affect the survival of provisions related to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law, or dispute resolution.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TrovexiCore provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, that algorithm performance will achieve specific results, that the platform will be available at all times, or that defects will be corrected. We make no representations regarding the availability, reliability, or performance of third-party exchanges, payment processors, or service providers. Market conditions, technical failures, regulatory changes, and other factors beyond our control may impact the availability or performance of the Services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so certain disclaimers may not apply to you. This section does not limit any rights you may have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrovexiCore, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, trading losses, or investment losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to TrovexiCore during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or C$100, whichever is greater. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrovexiCore, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; (d) any inaccurate, false, or misleading information you provide; (e) unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials; or (f) any claim that your use of the Services caused harm to a third party.
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim. You may not settle any claim subject to this indemnification provision without our prior written consent. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles that would require application of the laws of another jurisdiction. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for the resolution of any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to these Terms or the Services. You waive any objection to venue in Toronto and any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact TrovexiCore to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Send a detailed written notice describing the nature of the dispute, the relief sought, and supporting documentation to: TrovexiCore Canada Technologies Inc., Legal Department, 100 King Street West, Suite 5600, Toronto, ON M5X 1E2. Email: [email protected].
We will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of receiving notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may initiate binding arbitration or litigation in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions of these Terms. You agree to pursue claims on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration, except where such waivers are prohibited by law.
This dispute resolution provision does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court to prevent irreparable harm or to protect intellectual property rights.
Changes to Terms
TrovexiCore reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting an updated version on our website with a revised effective date and by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and may close your account prior to the effective date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates or changes.
